Refund, Cancellation & Digital Content Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Tikvah Training and Consultancy Ltd. (“Tikvah Training”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides online training courses and digital learning content through our website.
This Refund, Cancellation & Digital Content Policy explains your rights when purchasing our online training courses and how to request a cancellation or refund.
1. Our courses
Our online courses are digital training products delivered through our online training platform.
Our current courses include:
• Course 1 – Domestic Abuse Awareness Training for the Workplace
• Course 2 – Professional Advocacy: Safeguarding Response to Domestic Abuse
• Course 3 – Policies, Procedures and Organisational Practice
• Complete Tikvah Training Pathway
The price and main features of each course or pathway are displayed before you place your order.
2. Your statutory cancellation rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason.
However, special rules apply to digital content supplied online.
Where you ask us to provide immediate access to digital course content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to expressly agree to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply begins, where the law requires this.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights will not be excluded by this policy.
3. Immediate access to digital courses
Our courses are normally made available shortly after purchase.
Where immediate access is requested, the relevant consent and acknowledgement will be obtained during the purchasing process where required by law.
Once the digital content has been supplied following the required express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for that digital content may no longer apply.
4. Cancelling before access begins
If you have a statutory right to cancel and you cancel before the digital course content has been supplied, you may be entitled to a full refund.
To request cancellation, please contact us using the details in section 7 of this policy.
5. Refunds where a cancellation right applies
Where you have a valid statutory right to cancel and the cancellation is made in accordance with applicable law, we will provide any refund due to you within the period required by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Faulty, unavailable or incorrectly described digital content
If a course is faulty, does not conform to its description, is unavailable when it should be available, or does not meet applicable legal requirements, you may have additional rights under consumer law.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement, repeat performance or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
